One of my favorite authors, Robert B. Parker passed away last year. But now there is a new Jessie Stone book Killing the Blues. It was written by Michael Brandman. He collaborated with Parker on many of the Spenser TV episodes and also with the Jessie Stone movies. The transition is seamless.
There is trouble in Paradise! Someone is killing dogs, starting fires and stalking Jessie. All of this just as the summer season is about to start! The city leaders are not happy with the crime spree or (as usual) with Jessie. Really enjoyed the book, hope this is not our trip to Paradise.
